The Great Colleges to Work For Program is a free recognition program sponsored by The Chronicle of Higher Education and ModernThink LLC, a leader in assessing workplace quality.

There is no cost to participate. The program is open to most non-profit higher education institutions with a total student enrollment of at least 500.
The Chronicle and ModernThink reserve the right to limit the number of participants and/or place certain restrictions (e.g., minimum size thresholds) on schools that will be eligible for recognition.
