Make the Most Out of Your 2010 Chronicle Great Colleges Survey Results

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Great Colleges to Work For program cofounded by The Chronicle of Higher Education and ModernThink LLC. The goals of this initiative are to recognize excellent workplaces within higher education and to compile meaningful data to inform strategic planning and drive performance improvement.

Participants have the opportunity to earn national recognition as a Great College to Work For.  Winning schools have noticed improvement in morale, better retention and a strong leg up in recruiting. In addition, participating institutions will receive three free high-level Participation Reports.

Some schools have asked for opportunities to learn more and dig deeper. We have honored these requests by providing additional in-depth reporting and analysis. Schools that take advantage of these additional reports and services tell us that they help them prioritize scarce resources, inform accreditation self-studies, provide data and metrics for strategic planning initiatives, enhance recruiting efforts, and build a more engaged community.
