Different employees have different needs . . . focus your efforts more effectively by understanding where you can have the greatest impact.  This expanded data compilation shows percentages for all possible response options (strongly agree, agree, sometimes agree/sometimes disagree, disagree, strongly disagree) and by the three umbrella job categories:  Faculty, Administration and Exempt Professional Staff.

4. Benefits Satisfaction Report

Learn how your employees rate your institution’s benefits programs. This graphical report illustrates your employees’ satisfaction on benefits including medical and dental insurance as well as housing assistance programs and retirement benefits.

Use this response rate report as a quick reference guide to the percentage of respondents in each department and job role as well as categories such as gender, ethnicity, martial status, and more.
