For institutions that would like to include additional faculty and/or staff in the survey process, there are three ways to do so.
Surveying Other Staff
The oversampling of Other Staff is seamless, cost effective and will be conducted in conjunction with the Great Colleges survey process. We will use the following standardized “Other Staff” job roles:

Surveying Additional Faculty, Administrators, Exempt Professional Staff, and Non-exempt Staff, and Adjuncts
Some schools have requested the ability to survey additional Faculty, Administrators, Exempt Professional Staff, and Non-exempt Staff as part of the process.
Costs will vary by the number of additional staff involved as well as method of delivery (e.g., online, log-in sets).
Conducting a customized, all inclusive, institution wide climate survey.

Reports Included with Oversampling Fee
Schools that oversample will receive the standard three Participation Reports that will summarize the results from the random sample that will be used for recognition purposes. Click here for examples of the three standard Participation Reports.
Schools that oversample will receive two additional reports that will summarize findings from the entire survey audience.
- An Overall Survey Results Report by Job Category which will include the additional employees surveyed.
- An Overall Survey Results Report that includes a column with benchmarking data from schools that also chose to oversample.
